***HERE is how to access PRESALE CODES, VIP* and Meet and Greet* opportunities.***   01/30/2017

Before getting down to the business of access to presale codes, etc. please take note:   ***Please be advised that any member publicly posting actual presale codes anywhere on the forum (and possibly elsewhere!) or reportedly through private messages, will be banned from membership here on AO! NO EXCEPTIONS!   Our site here at adamofficial.com (aka AO) is Adam's official record label site, not his official fan club, and is not the place to find presale codes, nor are they provided through the official newsletter.   Presale codes are provided to paid members of Adam's official fan club one to several hours before the presale begins. VIP tickets?

@SammesMommy I was at the GNT show at the Fillmore in Charlotte and paid $90 for vip tix. They let us enter early and you got a wristband to access the bar area. It was a standing venue only and I was three or four rows back of center stage. People kept pushing trying to get closer like three inches closer was going to help! The show had two opening acts so we stood for a very long time. My feet hurt so bad but one can block out the pain when Adam is right there in front of you! Lol

Pre-sales and VIP packages (if available) will be offered through the Fan Club. Admin is in the process of getting info from Adam's management and will update the site shortly. Keep a check on the Fan Club's News and Events pages.

ok guys- silly question- but is this the fan club site?  Is there some other site I don't know about?

Kickin_in, the fan club site is adamlambertfans.com  You can access it also on the main AO page--there is a tab at the top of the main page.  It's a paid-membership site.

I am looking at the seating chart for the Fillmore, and it shows a VIP Seating area--looks like maybe on a balcony? I was hoping the VIP tickets would include seats, because I don't fare well with people bumping and pushing me all night, especially when I just paid for VIP tickets and they may not have!

Balcony seats are usually actual seats, not standing :)

On Ticketmaster for the Nashville concert under EVENT INFO it says the following....

VIP PACKAGE DISCLAIMER INFORMATION:

All package purchasers will be contacted via e-mail a few days prior to the event date. Information will sent to the e-mail address provided at the time of purchase. All sales are final. There will be no refunds or exchanges under any circumstances. All packages and package contents are nontransferable. VIP merchandise will be distributed at the show, some exceptions may apply. Package purchases are restricted to U.S. & Canadian addresses only.

So I'm wondering if it's just merchandise??

**MODS**  Any info from Adam's management team?  I wish I had the VIP info BEFORE the presale starts. So I know exactly what to try for the minute it starts and not waste valuable purchasing time. :)

PLUS....it says nontransferable. Does that mean if I am unable to attend the concert I can not sell my ticket???

I called the Ryman (might have spelled that wrong since I didn't just check) theater in Nashville, and she said all of their seating options are seats and there isn't standing unless someone stands up at the seat for some reason.  So I guess each is different.  It only has 2000 something seats, so nice it won't be huge and everyone standing.  Now to organize things and make sure I get a seat where I don't have to walk far to get to my seat.  :)

You may want to try to get a front row balcony seat. One of my good friends I'm going with has been to Ryman several times and needs handicap seating, but she always sits in front row balcony there. Says they are great seats. You can ask her about it on twitter. @auntiequaint.   I'm sure most of the floor will be standing. I will & so will the others in my group.  But there are handicap seats listed on the seating chart.

I ended up after much back and forth from the Ryman staff with tickets in Row K on the main floor.  Yep, I would love to be at the front of the balcony, but hopefully no one tall will be in front of me since I am short and can't stand a long time.  I am so excited to go..being behind tall people would be awful not being able to stand long.  I see it is selling out, and I am so glad!!  Adam Lambert in the South in Atlanta and Nashville.  How cool!

I bought VIP tix for the Hollywood FL show and what I don't understand is for the $503 the seat you end up getting is like 8 rows back from the stage. Now the Incredible High VIP Experience states 1 incredible reserved seat. How is this incredible????? Why are VIP's having to sit so far back? And please tell me why are other websites like stubhub selling seats in rows much closer than mine.

The VIP's you bought were sold through the venue, not the fan club.  Ticketmaster is the agent used by that particular venue.

A lot of people would give their right arm to have any seat in the first 10 rows, which is what VIP commonly is (except for very small venues like the Ruth Eckerd Hall--their VIP's only go back 8 rows).

StubHub is a resale site.  People go into the pre-sale or regular sale and scoop up as many tickets as they can.  Then they post them for sale on the resale sites at inflated prices.

Please don't get me wrong... I bought 2 tickets first through the fan club which happened to be in the next section over a couple rows back from the VIP seats. Those tickets through the fan club were directed to Ticketmaster which is where I bought all of the tickets. I don't think I did something wrong but I had to use the password to purchase them so I thought I did it correctly. So I am not saying this to be mean but to say people would give their right arm like I am not thankful. I was only able to purchase 1 of these tickets because of the amount of ticket. The other 2 is for my spouse and my mom. My spouse knows how much I have dreamed for a chance to meet him. So I am paying $500 so I can get a picture. So damn right I am thankful. For 2 seconds that I will get to stand next to someone that I cannot be more proud of as a human being and thankful that he was given the opportunity to do what he loves and can share that as much as he does with all of his family, friends and fans!! My only comment was I thought the Seats should have been closer since it seems that regular seats are selling closer to the stage that were not VIP so then It should not have been written that way. Does anyone know why there are no VIP options for the US like there have been in AUS?

72_EmoticonsHDcom.png  I would give my eye teeth  to be in the first 10 rows 37_EmoticonsHDcom.png  (fortunately I wouldn't have to as they have both already gone 31_EmoticonsHDcom.png)

It is a lottery as to which tickets precisely you get, as many people are obviously competing to buy tickets at the same time and not everyone can be front and centre ... and as Foxey said, you might be able to get better seats from someone re-selling if you are lucky 42_EmoticonsHDcom.png and then re-sell yours to someone who hasn't been able to get that close

Ksawyer, you still bought the tickets--all of them--from the Seminole Hard Rock Casino/Hotel, through their agent (Ticketmaster).  The fan club merely provided a link--they did not sell any tickets.  The fan club also provided a code, so that you could get early access to the venue's ticket agent (Ticketmaster) agent for the pre-sale.

You did not buy the tickets from the fan club.  The fan club is not selling any tickets at all for this tour.  The fan club did make some upgrades available for the Aus/NZ shows, but there again--you had to already have purchased a ticket from the venue or its agent (Dainty Group, for those shows).

I'm just saying that your complaint is misdirected.

btw, regarding those upgrade options for the US:  the AUS upgrades just showed up about 3 weeks ago, if I remember correctly.  I, for one, will watch and see what happens with the US shows.

And yes--I know all about the meet and greets where you pay big bucks for a few seconds of Adam's time.  When yourS is over, I'm sure you will agree with me:  WAS WORTH EVERY PENNY!!!

I understand the confusion.  I contacted the Ryman to buy accessible tickets.  They said to send the request again that Saturday since it went on sale then instead of when announced on Friday.  I did, and then I started thinking about them maybe not answering me before tickets were all sold, so I called that afternoon.  I told them I didn't need to sit in a wheelchair...just needed to be on the end of a row and have it where I could get to it without climbing stairs and that I use a cane..might need a bit of help if the place was big.  So the helpful Ryman guy sold me two accessible tickets on the Main Floor off to the side.

I got confirmation, but didn't see any accessible marked seats there, and then I received a reply from Ticketmaster with two seats way up in the back of the balcony...accessible, but wayyy back and up.  So I answered that someone had helped me and I got confirmation of the MF purchase, but the seats weren't marked accessible on the chart and it said I had 7 tickets, and was that confirmation right (supplied the number).

Each reply was from a different person, and I don't think any communicated...lol.  I got a reply back with an assurance that I had bought two tickets, that the accessible seats were over in the middle and that the confirmation just had the section wrong.  Well, her wording didn't clarify whether the original reply had my purchase wrong and I needed to have someone switch it, or if she meant that the middle section was right and I had bought the tickets, so I replied and called to make sure.

Finally, after two days of talking to several people (some TicketMaster and some Ryman customer service reps, although you wouldn't know the difference from the emails), I was assured I have the right tickets in the center MF several rows, and they sent me a corrected confirmation email.  Apparently some communication was from Ryman, some was from TM, and all were different people, so it's a wonder anyone gets a seat.  I have earned my seats for sure...lol.   :P  :D

KSawyer - Foxey is 100% on the money! The VIPs, which include a concert ticket, are not sold through the fan club. What the fan club offers is VIP upgrades, in which you have to purchase a ticket separately. These VIP upgrades usually aren't offered until very close to the event date.
