TOH Tour Merchandise

So now they have NO stock of these items at all, tough luck for on line customers that ordered it FIRST. I'm done. Unless a new company comes along Adam will no longer get my money. Sorry to say as i spend big.

Lied to for 10 weeks. Pathetic business practice. I only wish i had recourse to report them but as they are not in my country i can do nothing.

 I placed an order MONTHS ago. My credit card was charged for the amount and I received PART of the order and never got the rest (hoodie, etc). Was told in April that I could be refunded or wait. I chose to wait. Meanwhile i have sent numerous emails with NO response.

email info@directmanagement.com and put in a complaint against the company. I have sent them numerous emails about this bull crap.

I know I was too late because I didn't have enough money to buy more of them at my only GNT show in San Diego and for being the only fan with Autism had to be excluded for attending my original Costa Mesa when it was two days before and from during the same tour. They never have anything like that on eBay either. Of course they're remaining to be gone. Same with during Era 2: Trespassing and the QAL shows prior to the release of TOH. Maybe you should contact the merch store to see if they'll restock some of the old items on there as well as some that were never restocked. I didn't have enough money to pay for a hoodie either in person.

I can't begin to tell you how disappointing the way they handled the merchandise for TOHT. Foolishly I ordered a LOT of items BEFORE the shows I attended (where there was PLENTY of merchandise available to buy but I didn't want to cart it around with me). They charged my credit card for the whole amount and then I was told MONTHS later that those items were sold out. I was given a refund after they were sitting on my money for approx. 6 months. Seriously the most unprofessional retail operation I've ever experienced. Pathetic.

Some of the merchandise I bought at the first Los Angeles show were all there in person. I didn't have any extra money for more shirts, and a hoodie. I could have bought three more shot glasses along with the one I bought. As of now on the merchandise site, some of the items of the tour have been gone off and out of stock with no possible replacements. Maybe contact Bravado to get more items in stock along with the other ones. That should help.

I am so sorry that this has happened and will report this situation to Admin on your behalf BlondMom. There could better execution of merchandising management for Adam's most passionate and devoted fans!
